You hear that from people who should be no where near a laptop or an auto car. An auto car is a whole different beast to tune. You're controlling line pressure, shift points, timing between gears, etc. Of course a bunch of morons are going to break transmissions. I've tuned more autos than I care to remember. I've had two failures. One of which we were able to pinpoint back to the trans builder and the other we didn't care to figure out as the trans was FIVE YEARS old making 600+whp.
So its safe to say ( for future reference & clarification purposes) the pro-efi has no advantage over the aem-ems in the transmission tuning department?
