.
Is it worth it, eh, its kind of a toss up.
Personally, I think it would be good for a drift set up, it would allow you to run an bigger clutch, and if you got an aftermarket clutch for the 2000-2001 xterra, which appears to be the same as everything else on the list, then you would have a crap ton of grip.
As far as the standard street going vehicle, I don't know. A lot of aftermarket clutches will grip better than stock and still give you that same stock pedal feel.
I think if I was looking to do it, I would research it and see if I could find some more driving impressions from other people. I have seen that before on other forums, so the info might be out there. I would also look into lightweight flywheels. If doing this means I would be stuck with a 20lbs flywheel, then I probably wouldn't do it. Then look into clutches. I'm sure there are some decent aftermarket clutches for some of those other cars. Keep in mind that they are designed for much bigger and heavier cars, so they should be able to hold even more power in a 240sx. I would say it is worth looking into, I just don't know if I would be ready to jump right into it based off of the information available right now.
