The 99's are the only Lightning Gen 2 wheels that have a slightly smaller stud diameter. So I personally would just shy away from those. But if the price is right, getting a drill bit and slightly enlarging the holes is well worth the time. It has been my experience that it ends up being cheaper to buy lightning wheels with tires than without. Even if they are in not so great condition, when it comes time to get a spare or sell later on.. it is well worth the investment.
