Ok, simplified. get a single pole momentary switch. It is a spring rocker switch. push it Up for closed,down for open,release is off. make sure switch is rated for amps needed.

Three terminals on back
run fused wire from battery to terminal 2
run red wire to terminal 1
run black wire to terminal 3
white wire on bottle goes to ground
