In my opinion the list is pretty much.. OPEN we don't even have 10 cars on it yet. An I don't want to just throw up any car on the bottom of the list because they say they want to be on it. I don't even feel I should be on the list until I get a Win against somebody on the list.
But, once we get 10 cars we can copy grabalane's way of doing it.
An about running 2 times a month you dont have to unless you get called out thats what the 2 weeks rule is set up for.
