Im sure it needs tuned, but those walls were nasty because I hadn't cleaned it. There was a lot of really fine carbon dust in there, and that mixed with oil gave it those marks and all on the cylinder. I just didn't wipe it off.
Since those pics I cleaned it, there is no discoloration, scratches ot anything. The pics make it looks very bad though.
