Wait a minute. I was in traffic on I4 with a guy on a fur-covered bike. After he took off his helmet and gave it to the "chase car" behind him (some sort of import SUV) he was attempting to do "stoppies" and was just being an overall dumbass in bumper-to-bumper traffic. I think he was showing off in front of his friends.
