yeah i would ditch the Victor, I had it on one of my 302 5 spd cars. Car was a dog even when leaving the line, had to up the starting rshared_pm a whole bunch. Just wasnt a fun car. swapped to a cheap explorer till I found a good intake and it was amzing the difference it felt in stop and go traffic and just cruising at low rpms.
