You may be able to take the course for free. a lot of military bases offer the class free of charge. Unfortunately I don't have a point of contact so you might have to google a bit. The only down side is that the wait list is usually long and they don't do them very often. Wouldn't hurt to look into to save 200$.
I think I took mine thru mSF back in the day. Prices don't seem to ave changed much. If your going to do it, I wouldn't wait to much longer. Once spring rolls in I bet those classes are going to fill up quick.
