ok I have to chime in here. You don't have to be a psychiatric nurse to determine if someone is bi polar. If you wanna talk about something you know nothing about, I can give you the ins and outs of who is allowed to diagnose someone with a psychological disorder (I'll give you a hint, it isn't a psychiatric nurse).
