Um. No. A-tech makes the wheels for MB. The first ones they were selling at Enjuku back in the day still had A-tech on the back of the spokes, I think they still do actually. And I'm 90% sure they're all cast. Where did you get the idea that A-Techs are forged?
Edit : Ok, did some research. A-tech sells a forged and a cast version of the wheels in Japan. The cast one is sold as an MB here. So unless yours has forged stamped on it, you can't really assume that just because it's an A-tech and not an MB that it's forged... but if it says forged, then you're right
