I've made my first test videos. They both were in the r5 format.

I can't get smooth playback on my PC but it's smooth on my laptop with VLC and Quicktime. The laptop is a bit faster I guess.

I am getting back into editing with my Adobe Premiere Elements. It's playback, during editing, is jerky. I guess that is not a big deal, albeit very annoying. I rendered a small segment and it seemed good.

What do you guys use for editing and production etc.? I could use all the hints I can get.
