We were brought a newly purchased Audi that was in need for some aluminum welding. The previous owner installed the front mount cooler and piping.

We disassembled everything and started with tacking some bends together for the hot side piping.



after checking fitment we finish welded all the joints and welded in a bypass for the BOV.



Time to move on to the cold side, we cut and welded a few 90 deg bends and then tig welded in the flange.
