So a 1.72 60' time is bad? A properly set up suspension is the key, not how low or high the car is.

But Will, don't waste too much money on that 99 IRS. It's crap and doesn't hold a candle to the 01 or the best of all 03-04 units. 4.10's and 4.30's will net you lots of wheel hop (the reason why our 99 no longer sports IRS). You'd be far ahead of the game if you just swapped for a solid 8.8 and worked with that. I think it would get you what you are really looking for.
