Isn't this setup usually $299.00? Someone said you had to buy a better mount for outside of car but I don't know if that's true.

Is the mount that you get with this GoPro Gopro HD Motorsports HERO sufficient?

I'm also confused about the lens, can you use the 170 Degree Wide Angle Lens for seeing the road ahead and also inside to video the driver?
