Pardon my arrogance through text, but it's funny in person... I am looking for a good used tire place in Tampa. Preferably around Carrolwood (where I live). I used to live in Orlando, and knew where to go and not to go. I'm still learning this place. First and most important, the shop must have excellent customer service. It seems most businesses in Tampa are lacking this, and if I pay money, I wanna be taken care of. Not good customer service only if they know you, but "welcome to Cici's" customer service. The second most important thing the shop must do is not to assume I don't know they're talking shit about me in Spanish because I LOOK Caucasian. That happens mostly at junk yards, but disrespectful nonetheless. I don't care if they're covered in grease and the place is dirty. I want nice people that want to make money.
