I have a built k20a3 motor.it's just a bare motor but comes with intake manifold,the motor, all the pumps, basically everything but wire haremess, ecu,.but mostly everything is thier. Comes with racing headers as well. The motor was set up for turbo n the pan is tap. But the moTor only saw 10lbs tune the most for about 5k miles.
Motor has:
crower rods
wisco piston
arp head bolts
cosmetic gasket
complete new bearing,seals,gaskets.
New valves.
The motor I put about 5k after the built.have all paper works n tunes.
