So i was looking to trade for another car but while reading the thread i notice it has a rebuilt title, so this leads me to my question can it be changed to a regular title? All the repairs have been made on the car the owner says and the frame is still straight. I read on google about a hp-101 inspection? Help or give you opinion thanks
