As far as i know, all the 13b's have the same mounts. The difference is where the engine sits on them. If im remembering this correctly, the FC mounts in the middle of the block, where as the FD mounts at the back of the block. But the simplistic answer is that yes, a Turbo2 swap is easier. They use the same mounts as the NA. Difference is 4 port to 6 port, ecu, harness, and turbo. Drivetrain is stronger on the T2. Transmission difference is one spline, Drive shaft has different slip yoke do to that spline difference. T2 rear end has stronger axles and a different diff. The issue with the t2 swap is series. Generally easiest to swap an S4 Turbo2 into an S4 shell and an S5 turbo2 into an S5 shell. You can put an S4 into and s5 or vice versa, but it requires more work, more wiring, and generally isnt worth it unless you were given both the car and engine for free....
