I hate when people try and make me sign shit when selling a 20 year old part or car that it's going to be in perfect shape. There's no way of telling if it's going to fail tomorrow... or what kind of dumb shit the new owner is going to subject it to, then try and blame me when it breaks. It's 20 years old!
