Nobody should speed, hopefully that doesn't have to be spelled out for you. People do speed for various reasons, as do I, but if I was so poor that a speeding ticket was going to be a huge problem for me, then I wouldn't. If a ticket is a huge problem for someone making $11 an hour, then they probably shouldn't be as reckless as the people that can afford to get caught once in a while. You seem to think that if the punishment isn't affordable, then poor folk should exempt themselves.
