I hate call centers because of the fact that sometimes ur leads are complete garbage...so sometimes u can go from like 18-22sales a night to 8-12 a night....that's what happend to me and that's why i called a customer a fucking retard.

Customer: I DIDN'T MAKE A PURCHASE USING MY CREDIT CARD, YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE
me: it shows here you made a purchase either online through the tv or through a catalog sometime in the last 6months using a v/m card ending in 1234 you are an authorized shared_user on that card correct?
customer: no i didnt you fucking liar i've never had that card your a scam i looked you up on google
me: so you were using someone elses card then? you do reside at *their address* and this is *joe schmuck* oh and what's the name of the company i work for if you looked u up?
Customer: YES THATS ME, BUT THATS NOT MY CARD I DIDNT MAKE A PURCHASE HOW DID YOU GET MY NUMBER
me: as i stated before interupted me, you made a purchase either online through the tv or through a catalog using visa ending in 1234 and YOU put this telephone number down as a contact number to be reached at...so thats why as a perefred customer ur getting this unique oppertunity
customer: That card was shut down becaues of fraud
me i thought u didn't own that card ever?
customer: it was stolen online i told you i didnt make a purchase
me; yeah because someone who commits credit card fraud will have ur address down to have their fraudulent purchase delivered to AND put ur number down as a contact number....
customer:they must have
me: you're a fucking retard, do you know how stupid you sound, just face it you made a purchase and you didnt read ur terms and conditions so now your recieving this phone call. you just click ok then when you recieved charges that were clearly stated you contected them because you are a moron...then visa decided to drop your credit line because ur a half wit....click"
then the next day they play it back to me...we all laugh and they terminate me lol.
