you're a bit farther away than expected but to answer your question he will warranty them not to sink . He's got a awesome rep around here but theres probably other shops around you the same way . If you decide to use my friend i'd be glad to take a road trip to help you out, (I need a vacation). And the machinist (Dave) would be happy to get recognized in other counties or states. GOLDEN EAGLE uses tappered or steeped sleeves so i don't believe they can sink, but anything is possible i guess. i'd go with the integraded deck system thats badass plus$500 isn't that bad of a price. call me if you need help.
