Sounds good about the local place your friend runs. I just don't want to send my block all the way to Cali. Plus I've read of some of the GE sleeves sinking later on. Does your friend guarantee that the sleeves won't sink after the install? That's why I'm toying with the idea of the flanged ones for $48/ea, or even the Modular Integrated Deck design for $500. What really sucks is that I just need #2 and #3 re-sleeved to get the engine on the road, but I might as well spent the money on all four to make the block bulletproof.

A friend of a friend in Orlando had his LSVtec sleeved at either DH Enterprises, or D & H enterprises. Anyone ever heard of that place? I'm in Jax (actually 40 mins for Jax, in GA), so the closer the shop, the better. That includes Daytona.
