I am getting sick of having it on the engine stand in the garage, so I'm ready to resleeve my H23A1. It had 2 busted rods (#2 and #3) that notched the bottom of the sleeves, so I bought a new crank, rods, and pistons.

For the sleeves, trying to decide between the Darton flanged sleeves (48/ea) or the stock replacements (22/ea). Will it make a difference in the labor costs?

Can anyone recommend some shops or people and give an estimate of their price to sleeve/bore/hone?
