pros: Cheap, works until like 250-300whp or so. Great cheap alternative.

cons: Breaks often, won't hold after ~300whp. NOTHING LIKE A QUAIFE/KAAZ. Often called phantom slip for a reason. Does not awlays grip like an LSD should iirc.
