Just like the title states..

I have a 99 Acura CL with a jumper harness and some sort of chipped obd1 ecu..

Randomly when driving the CEL will come on and the motor will run like shit and stall..

How do I check the CEL on this harness? I cant use the obd2 scanner. cause its a obd1 ecu..
