So the injectors are now getting a ground from the ecu, but it doesn't seem she is getting any fuel. It's started twice on starting fluid and idled for a few seconds.

The maf is currently disconnected. Where should I look?

Started it again with starting fluid it won't start on it's own. Once it's running it will continue to run if i throttle it, even after the starting fluid has worn off.
