NEEDS REBUILD- No Oil pan or valve covers, has been sitting outside under a tarp for a while.

I do not know the condition of this motor at all,I have not taken any of it apart.
I need to get it out of my way ASAP and I do not have a way to remove it so I figured I'd put it on here.
