I had a ls swapped 94 coupe not too long ago. For mild gains do Intake, Header, Exhaust and hit up pherable.net and have your ECU chipped and tuned. with those mods I was able to beat a b16 swapped crx. you will be looking at around 160 hp at the crank.

If you have the extra money add in a intake manifold, adjustable cam gears, light weight pulley set and a earth ground kit (you can make 1 with 4 gauge speaker wire) and you will have a decent powered ls that will be very reliable.
