Default ***HELP*** Will PAY someone to help me with "Head Gasket" on an H22 98 Prelude

I'm looking for someone that will recommend, work on, or can "help me" with my head gasket problem or possible rebuild on my engine. Will pay their price for labor...

So I just bought my first Honda and I decided to buy a 98 Honda Prelude (base), 118K, manual, with the 2.2L H22a motor in it. I've had it for about 2.5 months now and about 2 weeks ago, it started to OVERHEAT. I replaced the thermostat when I saw the old one was seized shut, made sure to bleed the cooling system of air and the problem was solved. I have also replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor (tune-up).

The OVERHEATING is back. The temp SPIKED going home and only rose 2/3 going to the mechanic (5 minute drive), the heads tick pretty loud at 2-4000 RPM, and it's starting pretty hard. I suspect I was sold a LEMON with a bad head gasket waiting to show it's face or my "dumbass" bent a valve having fun with the VTEC.

Is there someone who can help me work on this vehicle? I don't want to have to sell this car after only 2.5 months because it's in awesome condition and well taken car of.

Thanks, SupraMan7

... I have also had the IGNITION SECURITY system issue... The key doesn't work unless I disconnect the battery and give it an hour. The immobilizer security system locks me out after 3-4 starts and then the key doesn't work anymore. If anyone can help me with this one, it will be greatly appreciated.
