So I got my Energy Suspension inserts today. I'll probably install them in this weekend.

Reading up on them a little bit, I see people mention that it's a good idea to use long/thin bolts in place of the plastic zip ties included with the inserts. I'm going to get stainless bolts, looks like a #8 fits perfectly.
