Actually believe it or not.. the Thrush chambered mufflers dont sound bad and IIRC they are like $29 brand new. If I needed mufflers badly and really couldnt afford flowmasters I would shoot for either Spintechs or Thrush mufflers. Both are very affordable and should be well within most budgets.

I personally would not use both the Dynomax bullets in conjunction with chambered mufflers. I think it would sound ridiculous in my opinion. I had Dynomax Bullets on my 93 when I first got it. It didnt sound right to me. And every time I was at a light and I saw a cop car I was half expecting him to pull me over for loud exhaust. I forgot who I sold them to. I think Barry B came here and got them,.. I tossed in some tail pipes as I almost always give something away for free to everyone who has ever bought from me.

I've said this in at least a dozen previous posts. If your looking for a specific sound or are just unsure,.. hang out at car shows, the race track, or regular car meets and when you find a car that sounds good, walk up and ask the guy what he has. Then emulate it.
