I was under the impression you needed to swap ECUs too... but I could be totally wrong there... Its been a while since I've done anything with that...
clear the codes/reset the ECU.
disconnect the battery terminals and touch/hold them together. count to 20. bolt it back up. Try to start it and see what codes you get then.
Just make sure everything is hooked up right... the CPS code might be stored from the old dizzy... and the MAF plug might have been knocked loose while you were working in that area...
