Its an 09,.. just take back to the dealer. Give the service writer a hard time and get them to deal with it. Dont let them just change the fluid. They need to actually service the thing and that means removing it and opening it up.

Changing the fluid yourself can possibly void your warranty if you use a non approved fluid.
