I had talked to Eric about this, since he works there in the parts department. Supposedly this is what's going down at Subaru of Port Richey now.... they have a big wig from Subaru going to take a look at opening up a Performance Division at the dealership (Much like Mastro, but larger), and also starting a car club/group with weekly and/or monthly meets and events (They did this when they were Saturn). So it looks like this is in the works, and you def. have the Pasco Subaru Meet's support. We do ours once a week, and if the affiliation with the local dealership could come through as a meet spot, and for maybe putting on a big event, well then PM me and I am all for it.
