A search reveils this...
350...95-00...2 or 4 Bolt Main...Vortec truck, Gen.I crate motors and "ZZ4", roller cam, one piece rear seal
So your flex plate and stater will not work with this motor and its closed casting for the fuel pump provision on the front of the block so that wont work either.
