^ yea its a good idea. its kind of like throwing away money if its not good enough all over. nothing wrong with having to save money i guess, and not everyone wants to goto FD, but at least for local stuff should have:

halo (top surrounding square/roof)
down bars to back shock towers
cross bar between towers
A/B pillar down bars
Diagonal from top driver side to bottom passenger side.
straight across "harness bar" behind seats. at or just below shoulder level.
door bars in a X or a parrallel configuration.

thats pretty standard, make sure the tube diameter and wall thickness is up to standards too.

*quality welds/penetration and all that need to be there too.
