I had a single bypass regulator on the 86. With that one I found it ran better (Lasted longer before it stalled out) if I upped the fuel pressure to 6 PSI. Anything higher and fuel spit out of the top of the carb. So if I had a second regulator slowing the return line then it should have worked better?

I'm not trying to be a dick here John,.. I know it seems that way sometimes,.. but this isnt one of them. I promise. But why then,.. when I used a regular non bypass regulator and dead headed the fuel at the carb that it was worse? (Stalled out before you made it into 3rd gear).

I would really like to see how you did yours. Because I am notorious for tossing a carb on a Mustang the second I lose my patience with EFI. If I could save a few bucks over the way I (normally) do it,.. I would use your method in a heart beat.
