Nothing is wrong with your slave... trust me!! once you let the pressure out of the clutch line, its a real PITA to get pressure back. go to sears, buy a mityvac speed bleeder for around $40 bucks and that will solve your issue.

The way toyota designed this system is very flawed. Sometimes while bleeding it, air bubbles can get trapped by where the slave bolts to the tranny. i usually use the mityvac to vacuum out the whole system, then crack one of the hard lines loose till all of the air hisses out. This job takes a while, i would take it to a mechanic if you're not up for it. best of luck!!!
