You would not be liable under the circumstances. Once you've commited a crime , you've forfeited any privacy. A simple search of the suspects name in regards to his arrest yields his address anyway..Its not considered a crime to spread awareness even if something were to ocurr by making his address public....If that were the case, Google would be in trouble..
