I spoke with rob on the phone. He really is trying to help me out. Matt claims the transmission is shipped. I have not received a tracking number yet. He promised refund upon receipt of the transmission. I had asked rob to have Matt do 2 things:
- Please have Matt refund $900 as an act of good faith. I will send the tranny back. Once they re-receive the transmission, to refund the rest. I also asked for Matt to cover atleast the majority of return shipping.
I was misconceived into believing that rob wsa the one selling the transmission. not matt. i spoke with rob and he had cleared up a lot of confusion. rob has been very helpful. only time will tell if this issue will be resolved.
