Even that road rage crap was bogus. I tossed a carton of milk on this girls car for running a stop sign. She wasnt even in it. They made such a big deal out of it. Second degree assault/road rage because I was in my car when I tossed it. I figured the worst they would do is fine me for littering. Soon as they read me the charges,.. I got a lawyer and he file 8 different continuances. By the time trial came around she forgot everything.
