Where's your priorities at? Pfffft. Tell em you forgot what day it was and see if they can set another date or continuance. I wrote the book on stalling that crap. Took them 2 years to get me into court for a road rage charge and by that time the person couldnt even identify me or my car correctly and the whole thing got Nol Pros. States Attorney was pissed.
Do the same thing with traffic tickets. Stall stall stall,.. eventually the cop will quit showing up,.. case dismissed.
