Its definately the rear then.
Well just do what I said above and it will come easy. By the way to clarify the above the control arm has 3 bolts on it one where it connects to the frame pivot point one where it connects to the strut/shock and one where it connects to the trailing arm. Take all of em off but the frame pivot bolt.
