Default LSD Cable B16 Transmission Y1-----PICS

I have a Cable B16 Y1 transmission,it has the OEM optional LSD in it. The transmission grinds 3rd but its still a useable gear.(probally could synchromesh it) I have been driving the transmission for year. It has grinded since the day i got it and has never gotten any worse. I paid 850$ 4 years ago for this.

Again third grinds,but if you double clutch it,or shift slow it will not grind.

Pictures its a lil dirty,but it comes as in the picture. VSS,Reverse lights,clutch arm.

Located 15 minutes from sunshine drag strip in pinellas county.
