I doubt the guy on the bike was racing the car... if u have ever done a wheelie.. it's not all bout speed.. it's balance keeping the wheel up without flipping over... meaning a guy hugging the tank would outrun a guy doing a wheelie on a bike.. It looks like they were just having fun on both sides... the bike and the car..
