Here's a M10x1.5 x 190. According to their standard, it looks like the threaded length is only going to be 1.25", not the 2.5 you asked for, however, you can probably have them just run a die down it to thread another 1.25" of the shank, or do the same thing locally if they won't do it.

Fasteners are rolled threads for a reason
