I am sure this isnt going to be this easy.. but maybe... where is "the playground"?

I also know where there is another Undeveloped Neighborhood and would be willing to share.. It has like 5 "round about like" cul de sac's... problem is, the curbs are straight up... not angled or flat... so.. dont eat it. lmao...
