Does anyone here have an OBDII scanner? My friend just installed a new motor in his Focus (replacement after a nitrous "accident" ). He couldn't get it to turn over, and the Ford dealer did a half assed job of trying to get it to turn over. Curious if anyone would be willing to let me borrow it, or meet us sometime at his car to see if we can nail down the problem.
